SOUTH BEND – Nicole Fallowfield has earned the Certified Wellness Practitioner (CWP) designation from the National Wellness Institute. The designation requires strong academic preparation with a minimum of bachelor’s degree in wellness and/or health related specialty, professional competency in wellness programming, and commitment to continuing education and professional development. Recipients must have at least five years of professional wellness experience in order to be considered for the CWP designation.
Nicole is the Director of Health Risk Management in the Employee Benefits Practice at Gibson. She is responsible for designing and overseeing health management strategies. Nicole’s focus on health management trends, corporate culture, and employee behaviors allows her to develop customized wellness solutions based on individual client needs. She is the current president of the Wellness Council of Indiana and serves on the steering committee for the Indiana Cancer Consortium.
